Camino de Fisterra

Those in search of a more rigorous excursion can opt for the Camino de Fisterra, which is a shorter version (86km) of the Camino de Santiago.

Pilgrims find their way by following the scallop shells to the end of the cape, where they traditionally burn their clothes and throw the ashes into the wind, symbolizing the cleansing of their souls after a long journey.
