Three windy kilometers just south of Lagos is the Ponta da Piedade (Point of Piety), which was the next stop on our walk along the coast. The strip of land jutting out into the Atlantic offers beautiful views of the point's lighthouse in addition to huge, polychrome sandstone cliffs and towers.
