Again, we are returning to the same theme - food! At lunch after visiting the Cristo Redentor, my first course was a crab-stuffed scallop shell.I apologize for not taking a picture of the main course itself. I ended up meeting someone with similar research interests, so we spent lunch talking more than we were paying attention to what we were actually eating!
