Bat Cave Apple House

Being the mountain girl that I am, another weakness that I have is for homemade jams. You can always tell that they're good when they come in a Mason Jar!

Hand-Dipped Ice Cream

After we were good and wore out from hiking at Chimney Rock, we stopped for a bite of ice cream at the park's entrance. Hershey's Ice Cream was definitely a good pick with over 61 flavors to choose from. I have special spot in my heart for fruity ice creams, so I made sure to try the coconut and pineapple, which I would highly recommend!
