We had to leave the house by 4 o'clock in the morning to catch our 7am flight to Asheville. However, just before we left, we gave Smokey and Sadie their Christmas presents to keep them occupied while we were out of town. I'm still not sure if they liked the cat nip or the toys better....
Yes, finals week is never good in any semester. While it's less than enjoyable for me, the kitties always have a blast playing in the book mountains that take root throughout the house....
Of course, I couldn't leave out the pictures of the kitties! Smokey's plopping on the back of my desk chair and Sadie's "hiding" in the clothes hanging in my closet.
The second week of June, I had to go to LASA in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a week, so the first days of June were spent getting packed and spending quality time with the kitties.
After a few months of having Sadie around, Smokey grew quite fond of her. This was the first time that we actually caught that snuggling together on one of their tents. Aren't they just precious?
During our last months in Spain, Brian began experimenting with collage-making.
