Christmas Dinner!

Because we ended up getting so busy on Christmas Day, Madre decided to prepare Christmas dinner the day after Christmas. Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, and rolls were still good a day later. We all devoured some cow, quite happily!

On Christmas Day, we had a good old-fashioned ham dinner smoked by none other than Padre himself with Madre, Padre, Jan, Kenny, and Brynna. It is like they say in Spanish, "Barriga llena, corazón contenta" (Full belly, happy heart).
